Being In Place

So I live where I can walk to the library and the grocery and the bus station very easily, and have access to recreation and exercise facilities and I'm just wandering around all the time being visible.
While its clear from my Ancestry By Dna raw results that I also have some extra chromosomal material if I'm right on what FL means, meaning that there were too many genes at that loci to map correctly at the setting on the machine they are working with that is looking for two or fewer, I heard someone mention that trisomy and downs are not synonymous and I've been saying that a lot too, however there are some trisomy traits that we all will have like a different aroma and some character traits like stubbornness and intolerance practices in the surrounding community that still make it difficult for people to work. Actually, when that guy was Huuting at me the guy next to him had noted my demeanor, just casual like youd ever want in a working person, and thought about how many times in a work day in the right frame of mind I'd be snapped out of it by that kind of behavior and how the guy who did that would never hear to stop it. That's why I say that these people have decided to pay me not to work whether they like it or not, especially since I might think of a retarded reason to sink the ship in such a checked state of mind, 20 times a day or more.
Anyway, the Children's Home was physically in Bloomington and that is where the trail of my paperwork ends, there being no documents on my passing through Boston if I even did. They like to pick and choose what is of Bloomington and what is not, but as nosy and invasive as everyone gets when they want to, they should have chosen to be more positively involved with that establishment if they did not want people who had no other place on the planet to return here to wait for things to become more clear about what really happened here to these people.
You also can't just throw a child in any direction, hope they stick and then claim you never threw them at all when they don't.
The bottom line is that a woman who was accepted in this community as a member (I keep wanting to write on the topic of Indiana citizens, which is a term I heard on public media recently) decided that her responsibility was not to the children in her care but to the values of the community that didn't like competition from foundlings and orphans and wards of the state and that it was unfair to provide better for these children than "community member" children were getting from their parents no matter what her own legal obligation was and as a result I will be here forever and I will not be leaving and I will be occupying an apartment, demanding rights and walking down your streets. I will be calling 911 and other numbers when things don't go consistently with this and I will expect service from public agencies and local businesses and when I don't get it I will raise holy hell.
And Xoxo will also be set free from slavery and allowed to associate and move however she pleases and she does not have any term of indenture with the community of Bloomington or state of Indiana for her own upbringing and demands on the social system or social security as well.
