I just wanted to inform you that you are the only place I have given my new phone number to, other than state and federal agencies, as in you are the only civilian I have given it to, and as of yesterday I started receiving phone calls from a variety of Paoli landlines 812-205 0930, 203 1835, 1512, 1438, and 1048. Again I haven't even given this number to family yet and I do have caller ID.
I know you don't feel that your staff need control their behavior and that tenants must do as told, but incase we ever transit beyond the borders of the twilight zone, I just wanted to tell a human being with whom I have a contractual relationship based on a license arrangement that you are not entitled to give out tenants numbers, and especially not mine.
