People all over the country in the US have been intense about state's rights, and theres been nothing anyone can do about it.
What happens when four trillion dollars drops on one state is for one thing the feds get taxes when that money comes back into the country to begin with even if they've recently reduced that amount to the proper fiduciary action level, but then it continues to send money to the federal government and that is the only way most of the states are going to get any part of it, and the employers at the winning state will want to insure that they get the employees that they need so they will want to be involved in education, law enforcement and disability programs nationwide. There will also be penal programs. Right now Dad doesn't even feel comfortable buying produce from most states, one state in particular thinks we can't mean that we wont reindustrialize it, but we are absolutely serious about concentrated agriculturalization of Pennsylvania, and really New York also. Out here in Indiana if someone tells you there is more than corn here, its because they want to sell you a bridge to nowhere. And honestly I think the corn is a lie. We figure people can steal leaves from the trees and that will continue their way of life without noticeable change.
