it was supposed to be a message to the states, states want rights to fuck up they have the right to unfuck up on their own. The people you choose to make major decisions and spend the tax revenue are important decisions that have consequences. You are so used to saying nothing I have to say is important, but I know these people and as Terry said these people you see here on the tenth floor, they don't turn into different people when they get to their offices, this is who they really are all the time. But they know to hide that from important people, and you have learned since childhood that the people like me have nothing important to say. I don't know what Indiana will be like without the reservoirs, but I knew who lived in the lowlands.
