This is one of the nicest planets out there. Not all the planets have everything on them to support human life and those who left were forced to put a lot of effort into travel between planets while we can make choices that can continue to leave that unneccessary.
A lot of people knew 30 years ago that they east could go to war with the west and dominate the world for the rest of time, but all of us who could see that could also see that it killed our planet. We were forced to use technology to mainatain ourselves and there was no where were a person could gather bamboo growing for free and put some work into it and make things that they could sell for money.
Then I had a vision that if we sent a certain prisioner, one who had really seen too much, back that he would block a suitable candidate from stopping another person from making choices that would allow us another option than war. This option wouldnt allow us to take over as decisively as seen before but it would allow the earth to continue to be in the nature we were used to, but this method also required us to cultivate our problem solving to a much higher level, to require more from eachother and to really think about some hard issues more often than maybe most people would like.
But the actions of the west had caused us all to encounter people we knew could keep us at that level, which is why none of us had the heart to do any harm to them no matter what they were sent to do to us, if we could see the difference, and unfortunately the enemy had learned of our delema and they had all their soldiers paint themselves.
