We do not put reproductive organs onto foetuses who require extensive reconstruction to make them viable. However, we also dont make them ugly or set apart. If someone takes it upon themselves to use means to cause people to concieve who allah did not give the ablity to concieve, that is something separate.
If we stopped helping babies be complete, the world would be very lonely, but if the other people stopped their unnatural forms of breeding assistance, over population would be an incomprehensible concept.
Strangely those giving this unnatural help are at the fore front of those trying to say who shouldnt be here, and it is alway women who are capable of conceiving by men.
*we dont let them concieve, but we let them be pregnant, give birth and believe they are mothers, most dont complain and most of those who do arent sincere. Those who really dont want to be mothers always find ways to avoid it*
