In our world, getting a job means representing someone else. Different people have different things they mean by this so they see different people as desirable and undesirable employees.
My husband has long liked the anonymity of not being seen. In the past this was a lot more possible to do without cultivating doubles but these days it is not an option so he adopted several kids from the "Tibetan" diaspora to raise to help him when a public persona is needed. This is something that a former employee did not understand at all when he continued saying "why don't you run things yourself".
A similar situation developed when the US demanded to see Japan's emperor. He nearly killed several people when they tried to pin him down to alter his appearance. It took a few days to get a suitable open channel into position. Prior to that he had been operating through part time priests.
A lot of my family members are too shy to speak to strangers and when put into situations where they need a public face the front for other people. Some of us have the ability to synergize a collective energy, some of us can represent several individuals and some relations farther from the center can represent one person in set circumstances and in other circumstances exhibit routine behavior. Only their own close family or supports know the real person.
If you think about it, a lot of people are different at work than they are at home. It varies who the real person is or why different people are willing to support other people's behaviors and prosperity.
As for me, my family sealed me to certain tasks long before you chose to interfere, and it was necessary to do so in order to bring me to any kind of functional behavior. If I had been delivered to you as I came out of the womb I would have died within a number of hours, and regardless of this you chose to interfere thinking of some benefit you could make for yourself of Dad and Mom's efforts.
The job I do gets confusing to me sometimes, but as I have said before, often I have an understanding of the words that I type and the actions that I do that is not consistent with the over all picture that they portray when viewed without my perspective. And this is largely why I am encouraged to present my perspective in a world where privacy has lost its respect but not its intrinsic value.
