Some very wealthy people are behind the situation many people describe concerning harassment within their own rented homes. While these wealthy people participate in a pay scheme for those directly working for their money generating businesses that keep them in housing that we do not own, they are always recruiting people in housing we do own, exploiting a disconnect where people don't realize that the very people who decided they personally should be poor are trying to "do them a favor" now.
We will not house these people anymore.
We have tested owners rights as applied to other businesses in the area concerning the privilege of housing and fair practices and determined that there are many legal ways that we can refuse people housing. But frankly, as long as our reasons arent racial we can deny anyone at any time.
So your benefactors have two options as far as we can see, they can invest in real low income housing, I mean the kind that unsubsidized is less than $500 a month, or they can raise your wages so you can live in the higher income housing they provide. Thats it. If they are going to continue to abuse the people they don't wish to hire (again anything is legal but race) they will have to house their abuse staff, and we can then charge them with trespassing if they enter the properties occupied by the under or unemployed.
