I'm Not Negotiating On My Rights

I do not want my key given out to people like the pepsi guy or any of my neighbors, I don't want to be threatened, coerced or made to listen to racial or sexual verbal assaults by the employees of Parker or any of their contractors. I do not want to pay for any more than the electricity that I have used in my apartment and I do not want to be forced to allow maintenance people to break things and then turn off my water if I do not call them right away to fix them. I do not want to tolerate daily home inspection by any member of the Parker real estate staff or any member of the community and I will not be convinced that I have not heard people discussing doing just this every day.
If mediation means that someone will explain to them that they must stop this activity and explain to me who to talk to to catch them at this activity (such as people who have access to phone and surveillance kinds of activities) then I accept that but if mediation means that I need to revert to my "place" I still have that trust that owns several legal firms that have the right to pursue any case they think they can win on my behalf purely for the sake of profit.
